Charles Pinckney, October 26, 1757 – October 29, 1824
He was a delegate to the Continental Congress, 1784-5, 1785-6, 1786-7.
He was a delegate to the Federal Convention in 1787 and on May 29, 1787
Submitted thereto a plan for a Constitution and at least twenty-five provisions thereof were incorporated into the Constitution of the United States.
