Colonel James Mayson Early American Jurist and Revolutionary Soldier and his wife Henrietta Heart were here reinterred by Star Fort Chapter, D.A. R. on July 7, 1934 Their remains were removed from the family cemetery, Glasgow Plantation on the Saluda River
